Hello beautiful souls,

I'm an italian traveler and i feel so blessed for the opportunity to live on Saltspring.
As i've been doing all kinds of jobs in the last few months and i'd like to share with you my services through yoga - which as been my main occupation for the past years.
I'm a certified 500 hours yoga teacher. I studied in Rishikesh, India.
I follow hatha yoga (most traditional school) and i also integrated ayurveda - as i've been working in an ayurvedic retreat center in Kerala, India.
I offer personalized practices centered on individual needs (considering constitution, health problems and more).
I also really enjoy to teach meditation and breathwork, providing different methods - always putting the attention on personal needs and preferences.
