Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within
Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within is a 2001 computer-animated science fiction film set in the year 2065. The movie takes place on a post-apocalyptic Earth that has been invaded by alien life forms known as Phantoms. These Phantoms consume the Gaia spirit of living beings, killing them instantly.

The Story
The story follows Dr. Aki Ross, a scientist who is determined to stop the Phantoms. She is accompanied by her mentor, Dr. Sid, and the Deep Eyes Squadron, a group of soldiers who are fighting against the Phantoms. Aki and her team must find the eight spirits that can cancel out and destroy the Phantoms.
