I am a ‘seasoned’ psychotherapist/counsellor with more than 40 years of experience and I speak English and German. I work with a wide spectrum of people from youth to seniors with issues such as anxiety, depression, childhood sexual and domestic abuse, grief and loss, eating disorders, also relationship problems and offer couple therapy as well, including LGBT. I support personal growth in times of crisis.

I believe that within each individual resides the strength and wisdom to know how to heal and I always feel honoured having been a part of this process. It is my understanding and experienc that there is no quick fix to therapy. It is a process where each client is like a piece of art in the making and when the client becomes that piece of art, psychotherapy has truly been effective.

I have studied numerous frameworks over the years, including mindfulness-based practices. I graduated from the Gestalt Institute in Toronto in 1983 and also hold a certificate in Hakomi, a body centered psychotherapy.
In addition, I am a European certified psychotherapist and have worked in private practice since 1983 in Canada and Europe.
Dovetailing to psychotherapy are my experiences as a Yoga Teacher. I have trained many Yoga teachers (500 hour training program) in Austria.
