1 bedroom, spacious ground floor suite with full kitchen, electric fire place, and outside sitting area in a quiet neighborhood. It's available from Jan 1 to Mar 31. We will be away from mid Jan to early March.

Excellent wifi, Telus cell coverage is ok.

Rent is $1500 plus hydro. It's a quiet neighborhood and we are hoping for someone who is on the quiet side as well. We cannot accommodate pets unfortunately.
