From the 28th of Dec to the 5th of Jan 2025,
I'm looking at renting a home to host multiple people (4-10).
I'm hosting a dance retreat at Beaver Point Hall and some attendees will need a place to stay.
Dancers are on a low budget but we'll consider anything.

The space will be barely used as the retreat is everyday from 10am until 10pm except for Jan 1st which will be a day off.
People will need a place to prepare their daily breakfast.
People don't mind sharing rooms and we can provide more beds if needed.
Low impact, very respectful group and no drinking or partying.

I'm a local (12 years) and I personally have great local references as well.
