“I have practiced yoga for many years. In Lindsay’s class she guided me through the poses with such skill by adapting and modifying poses which were inaccessible to me in the past. Her extraordinary knowledge was truly amazing as I had never experienced yoga in this way in all my years practicing. I highly recommend her.”
