Join Chétana Jessica (CJ) for a morning self-care retreat where you’ll explore how Yoga Wisdom can support us in our daily lives. The retreat class will offer a medley of techniques like sounding, a variety of meditation techniques, including visualization, chakra imagery, symbol-inquiry and journaling.
Yoga Wisdom will be shared through verses from the timeless wisdom of the Upanishads and the celebratory Vijnana Bhairava Tantra. Discussions will explore how the teachings apply to the reality of our post-modern life. At the end of the morning, a closing will help you transition into the rest of your weekend and prepare to take the practices home with you.

Chétana Jessica has been teaching and writing about Yoga and holistic living both in Canada and India for the last two decades. She has an MA in adult education and an MFA in creative writing, and enjoys finding new ways to share kernels from the Indian wisdom traditions and to explore together how we can apply them to our modern lives in community. She teaches through a holistic and life-affirming approach to Yoga.
