    Item Description:

As the driver of this 60 ft lowbed semi-truck navigating Isabella Point Road on December 18, 2017 at approximately 11:00 a.m. has chosen to give a fabricated version of the facts to ICBC, to avoid responsibility regarding a collision with our vehicle, we are asking please that the driver of the GMC / Chev pickup with a steel box rack in the back of the photo please come forth. I realize you did not see the impact therefore declined to provide me your phone number, however all ICBC requires is confirmation his truck was indeed blocking traffic and in our lane. In other words what you see in the picture. As it currently stands under ICBC rules, with no damage to the lowbed but almost $10,000 to our new vehicle and no unbiased witnesses, we would be responsible for the damage to our vehicle and the lowbed driver to his. I had two 16 year old passengers in the back seat, but unfortunately because they were in my truck, they are considered biased. Outrageous. How is this logical, when I veered into the ditch to avoid the trailer head on while still getting clipped in the left rear and it is somehow my fault? Please contact the RCMP regarding file number 2017-3128 to help justice be served.
