Cedar Beach Resort on St. Mary lake, Salt Spring Island, has a number of cabins and fifth wheel trailers available to rent over the upcoming winter months.

Each unit is detailed separately below and the list will be updated as units are rented and/or as they come available to rent. Please check back if you don't find what you are looking for. Please also refer to the Resort's website for more information and pictures of the units (saltspring-accommodations.com).

All units are furnished but you will be expected to provide your own bedding + towels, purchase firewood (if applicable), and hydro usage is metered and billed monthly in arrears. Some eunits use propane and this will also be billed to the guest. There are coin laundry facilities on site and the bus stop is close by.

Cedar Beach Resort is falls under the Hotel Keepers Act of BC.

RENTAL UNITS AVAILABLE:

Cabin 3 (saltspring-accommodations.com/cabin-3/)
Is a furnished 1 bedroom cabin with living room, kitchen, bathroom, and large deck overlooking the lake. It was
remodeled in the last 2 years. A propane fireplace will be installed in November. The guest will need to agree to allow access for this installation.
Duration of rental: Oct 15, to April 15, 2025
Monthly rent: $1,500, plus hydro, plus propane use
Maximum 2 adults;1 trained dog is permitted

Cabin 7 (saltspring-accommodations.com/cabin-7/)
Is a two bedroom cabin overlooking the lake. The cabin has a wood burning stove, which the renter should know how to operate. It also has a baseboard and a wall heater. The cabin is not insulated. It is an adult only unit and a single pet is acceptable if throws are placed on the furniture to protect them. Queen bed in one bedroom and bunk bed in the other bedroom, with a full bed on the bottom and a twin up top.
Duration of rental: Immediate through end April, 2025
Monthly rent: $1,500 for a single person and $1,600 for two persons, plus Hydro
Maximum 2 occupants,  small pet permitted

Cabin 10 (saltspring-accommodations.com/cabin-10/)
Is protected by beautiful trees, is about 200 feet from the sandy beach of St. Mary Lake, is a mini house (617 sq.ft.) of 2 bedrooms. Queen in main bedroom and single in 2nd bedroom. The open space living room, dining room, kitchen is designed for comfortable and hospitable living. The LR, DR, kitchen all have views of the lake, with high beamed ceilings. The amenities include a beautiful fire box, washer/dryer dishwasher. Double-paned windows, wood floors throughout (except for tiled bathroom and kitchen areas). 3 skylights in living area and bathroom.There is front patio and also a back deck.
Duration of rental: immediate through June 27, 2025
Monthly rent: $2,000 plus Hydro
Maximum 2 adults + 1 child; Non-smokers with no pets

Cabin 16 (saltspring-accommodations.com/cabin-16/)
Is a one bedroom suite containing a queen-sized bed and is one of three suites overlooking the Lake with free Wifi. It features a bathroom with a stand up shower, a full kitchen with table and chairs, and a living room with a pull out couch.
Duration of rental: Nov 1 through end April, 2025
Monthly rent: $1,250 plus Hydro
Maximum 3 occupants,  small pet permitted

Site 14 (saltspring-accommodations.com/rv-site-14-2/#)
Is a one bedroom fully furnished fifth wheel RV with an enclosed deck which makes for lovely sunroom, and another open deck with BBQ. The unit has its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (with separate toilet), and separate bedroom. The dinette table can be folded into a three quarter bed for the occasional visitor.
No pets and adult only rental
NO SMOKING in unit, but okay in the garden
Duration of rental: Immediate through end April, 2025
Monthly rent: $1,100 for a single person and $1,150 for two persons, plus Hydro, plus propane use
Maximum 2 occupants

Site 15 (saltspring-accommodations.com/rv-site-15/)
Is a one bedroom fully furnished fifth wheel RV with a great view. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, a separate bedroom,and a large living area including lots of seating, a smart TV with Netflix and Disney, and a desk .
No pets, no smoking, and adults only.
Duration of rental: October through end April, 2025
Monthly fee: $1,600 plus Hydro
Maximum 2 occupants
