Using massage to support recovery from injury, to deal with on-going conditions, and to manage the stress of life is truly inspiring for Amy. She demonstrates clear passion for promoting physical and mental well-being through massage, movement and body awareness.
Amy completed her Diploma of Massage & Hydrotherapy at the Victoria campus of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. To date her continuing education consists of Yoga Therapy for RMTs, Chronic Pain Management for RMTs, Gender Diversity in the workplace/healthcare setting and Integrating a trauma-informed approach into routine physical therapy practice.
