TheraPutty hand exercise putty for gentle rehabilitation and strengthening. For those who have or may be concerned about arthritis, these are worth considering. A set of 5 6-oz putties of increasing resistance. Used only 2 of them briefly for strengthening and found it to be helpful. The putty is still clean, I wore nitrile gloves when handling the putty.
