We have our Thanksgiving pre-orders available now!
-Half or Whole Smoked Hams
-Small & Large Herb & Garlic Turkey Rolls
and
-Smoked Turkey breasts w/ smoked butter
The hams are boneless and freshly smoked.
The Turkey rolls are made fresh with BC antibiotic and hormone-free, free-run turkey They are rolled in house with fresh herb & garlic butter.
The Smoked turkey breasts are made from the same local turkey. We give them some house-made rub, and smoke them on our Texas-style smoker. They are lovely re-heated at home and served with the smoked butter drizzled on top.
We provide re-heating instructions for the Smoked Turkey and Hams, and cooking instructions for the Herb & Garlic Turkey Rolls.
All our pre-orders are all available to pick up on Sat & Sun Oct 10th & 11th, from 10:00-5:00, at our 111 Robinson Rd Shop.
