The tourists are slowly returning and the summer heat is giving us sneak peeks now and then!
Time for us to start getting ready for the summer season at The Ox.
Some exciting things coming soon:
- Sundays in the summer will be bustling at The Root (the property we share with the Farmland Trust). We are currently putting the call out for vendors for a small, curated market that will run on Sundays 10-3 from June 21st to August 30th. There is space for 6-8 market tents and the traffic is high on Sundays. Vendors are welcome to sign up for one or more Sunday's, as spots fill up we can slot folks in where there are gaps. Please reach out via email if you're interested to oxeatsgrass@shaw.ca. Please note as we are a plant based business and our customer base is primarily vegetarian/vegan, the market will not be open to leatherwork, meat based sales etc. Thank you for your understanding.

-We will also have our main stage open for Buskin'! The stage will be open as a first come first up, and depending on the number of folks looking to play there may be time-limits. So if you're feeling brave and want to share some music in the sun, we're excited to give you a place to jam! And who knows, maybe even make some tips from the crowds!
