You're invited to Songlines: Indigenous pathways of knowledge across land and sea, which runs Sat, Oct 3 -17, with the opening reception on Saturday 3rd from 4pm-6pm.

This is a truly wonderful private collection that is on public display for only the second time - the last being in 2017 in Ontario. Songlines is a journey - from worldwide creation stories to European contact stories and current reconciliation stories. Works on display come from the lands we currently know as Canada, Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia.

It asks: "How can we best renew the light that was, is and will be again?"

Join us at the opening reception, with collectors Bryan and Donna-Marie Bowers, and one of the featured artists, Lon French, whose 'Spirit of Canada' has been creating discussion and contemplation across the country.

Songlines is curated by Zoe Cafiris-Casey and open daily from 10am-4pm from October 3-17, at the ArtSpring Gallery, 100 Jackson Road.
