Facebook is a great way to connect with family and friends, and to share photos, videos and information. But, there’s more! You can use Facebook to sell products, promote your business, and create connections with customers. We will go over the importance of Facebook Pages and Groups, and we will cover shop and ad features. Tune in for insider tips and tricks that will be provided throughout.

Francesca Reside graduated from VIU with a BA in Visual Arts and Technical Theatre in 2013. She is a printmaker and watercolor artist. Her passion for technology has led her to explore the inner workings of social media and digital marketing. Francesca has been the social media manager for the Nanaimo Theatre Group since 2015. She currently sits on the board of directors for The Arts Council of Ladysmith & District and was recently made the new media director for the Ladysmith Waterfront Gallery. Francesca is very excited to be teaching social media classes. Her goal is to help people feel comfortable about creating an online presence. Francesca is currently studying content marketing online at the University of California.
