I am seeking a two bedroom self-contained rental home ideally on a bit of land (I have a dog, older, quiet). Must have no mold, some light, full kitchen, full bath (with tub ideally),well enough insulated, wood or tile floors ideal. I am a middle aged professional with excellent local personal, housing and professional references, I am also a former recent home-owner and AirBnB super host, and take immaculate care of any place I am living in, inside and out. I love to garden. Dependable, mature, good communicator, great boundaries, quiet, non-smoking, non-drinking, with secure funds. In essence, your ideal tenant! 🙂 I have in storage just a few pieces of furniture but am open to semi-furnished as well. I work in mental health, somatic movement, film and the arts/music. I am moving to Saltspring to live in a beautiful place with a great community, and contribute to wellbeing. Long history with Saltspring and intention to live permanently on island.
