The SaltSpring Therapeutic Riding Association Frontline Heroes Program.
This restorative equine experience is being offered to all the incredible frontline workers by SSTRA and Juliana Brossolette, a certified Equine Facilitated Learning Coach. The peaceful and relaxing one-hour sessions are designed to provide relief from the stress and anxiety that frontline workers experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our highly trained, empathetic therapy horses will help alleviate the stress and anxiety that frontline workers may be feeling.
The goal of the program is to give back to all of those who have helped and are continuing to help get us through these challenging times. We see you and we appreciate you!
For more information or to register for the Frontline Heroes Program, visit the SSTRA website at www.sstra.ca.
We also offer the opportunity to sponsor a frontline hero by gifting a restorative equine experience. If you are interested in donating a session, please visit our website and click the ‘Frontline Heroes’ button. With your support, we are able to reach as many frontline heroes as possible and thank them for their efforts.
The cost of a one-hour session is $65. Tax receipts are provided for the donated sessions.
All sessions will follow the Government of Canada COVID-19 protocols and participants will be required to sign a waiver and a COVID-19 attestation form.
