Hello friends and neighbours of Salt Spring!

We at Salt Spring Sprouts & Mushrooms wish you good health during the difficult and uncertain time we are experiencing.

As many of you may know the Salt Spring Saturday Market is not operating as of yet for the foreseeable future. We recognize the importance of affordable nourishing food for our community. As such we are offering everyone the opportunity to purchase our full range of products directly from our home/farm location. For peace of mind we want you to know that we operate 52 weeks a year out of our certified CFIA/VIHA inspected commercial kitchen and adhere to strict protocols to ensure the highest quality food production. All of our sprout and micro green seeds and mushroom substrate are certified organic.

To keep things easy we are offering our new market pricing for all our products.
The weight per unit is increasing in correlation with our new prices. All units of sprouts and micro greens are $4 or two for $6.

Pea Shoots (100g)
Sunflower Greens (80g)
Sandwich Blend (100g)
Broccoli Blend (90g)
Crunchy Bean Mix (200g)
Mung Bean (140g)
Ancient Seed Blend (140g)

Mushroom pricing remains the same and are as follows. 1 pint for $5 or 4 pints for $15.

Shiitake (1 pint ~1/3lb)
Oyster (1 pint ~1/3lb)
Lions mane (when in season (May to Nov) 1 pint~1/3lb)

For ease we would like to setup consistent weekly or bi-weekly orders with folks.
Minimum orders of $12 for sprouts and micro greens.
Minimum orders of $15 for only mushrooms.
Orders can consist of both sprouts/mushrooms for a minimum total of $15.

Pick up days are Tuesdays and Fridays 2-6pm.
