​A stunning, large-scale (12-inch) decorative wall charger featuring a traditional polychrome palette of manganese (reddish-brown), cobalt blue, ochre (yellow), and copper green on a brilliant milky-white tin glaze. The central motif depicts a detailed bird perched among lush flowering peonies and scrolling vines. The rim is elegantly scalloped and finished with a dark ochre border, featuring a repetitive geometric and floral pattern characteristic of high-end Dutch Chinoiserie.

​The reverse of the plate features the official Royal Tichelaar Makkum hallmark:
​The Shield: A crowned shield with the crossed "T"s (representing the Tichelaar brothers) and the word "MAKKUM."
