    Item Description:

Private Sleeping Cabin & Shared House

I am renting a sweet well maintained and light filled sleeping cabin on my property. It has a full bathroom, with walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is a loft bed, and the lay out is great. It gets lots of light, with a skylight and nice big window, and bench window seat.
It is suitable for one person, and you would share the kitchen & living room in the main house. The rent is $850 includes: hydro, gas, water, laundry, and Wi-Fi. There is cell reception on the property, I do not have a land line.
I am looking for someone starting November 1st (potentially sooner) through to June 1st (potentially longer).
I want to share my home and property with someone who is preferably a working professional, can provide references from former landlord, house mates, employers. Good communication skills are essential. Conflicts can/will arise, it’s part of the human condition, and it’s how we handle them that makes life and our home feel peace-filled and relaxed.
There is limited storage space so if you have furniture etc. you would need to find storage.

If your interest is peaked please respond via email and tell me a bit about yourself. I will then email with pictures and set up a time to meet.
