I’m Matthew Bellisle, BScN, RN, an emergency-trained nurse on Salt Spring Island. I created Salt Spring Island Health & Care Concierge Ltd. for older adults who want to remain independent at home with a consistent nurse who takes the time to know them.

I learn what’s normal for you, what matters in your daily life, and who you want involved. Through regular home visits, assessment, care coordination and appointment support, I help connect the details into a clearer plan. When something changes, we already have a baseline and a relationship to work from.

Optional Health Care Assistant visits can add practical support with everyday routines.
