Lesson One: Introduction to Primordial Sound Meditation
Basics of meditation focusing on PSM; health and wellness benefits; mantras as an essential vehicle and tool for your practice; creating a positive meditation environment.
Lesson Two: Personal Instruction
Personal ceremony and meditation instruction in which you will receive your personal mantra, based on the place, time and date of your birth; guidelines for how to meditate using your mantra.
Lesson Three: Perfecting the Practice
Practical guidelines to help you feel comfortable and confident with your practice of meditation; learn when and how to meditate, sit comfortably, accept/minimize distractions, and observe your breath and thoughts; deeper exploration of the value of meditation; experience a group meditation.
Lesson Four: Higher States of Consciousness
Explore the seven states of consciousness; introduction to the experiences of expanded awareness that are possible when we meditate on a regular basis; participate in our closing meditation.
