We are excited to welcome back Chef Josh Blumenthal for another one of his seasonal, local dinners at the bakery.
Sunday October 13 at 5pm
This multi-course meal will be focused on the autumn harvest here on Salt Spring Island as well as a strong emphasis on foraged wild mushrooms from Vancouver Island.
Josh comes to us from across the Trincomali Channel from his home on Galiano Island. He is one of the most creative young chefs we know. He has a deep knowledge and passion for the natural environment of the Pacific Northwest and the bounty of our seas and forests. He is a brilliant forager and a thoughtful cook fully capturing our local terroir in his dishes. Josh was most recently a chef at Galiano's award-winning restaurant Pilgrimme and now runs the Trincomali Supper Club.
This event is BYOB. Allergies and aversions can be accommodated within reason and with ample notice.
