As we take social distancing measures, know that you can still talk to a professional about your concerns. This situation can bring up anxiety, depression, loneliness and more. I am here to support you in the comfort of your own home. We can meet via phone or secure video conferencing (Zoom). Many clients specifically seek out online or phone counselling and find it as or more effective than in-person sessions. Contact me for a free 20-minute consult to try it out and see if we are a fit for your needs at this time.

I became a Salt Spring resident in 1999 and am grateful to be able to bring my training to serve the community as a therapist. I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a bachelor’s in contemplative psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado and am a BC registered clinical counsellor (#15926). I am a PACT (psychobiological approach to couple therapy) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level I therapist. PACT aims to point out behaviors that sabotage connection while teaching behaviors that promote intimacy in relationships. IFS uses mindfulness of the body to access and release emotional and energetic burdens in order to live from your true, centered, wise self.
