Job Description –Pharmacy Assistant Full Time (Including Saturday and Sunday)
Reports To
Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacy Assistant Manager
Job Duties
• Ensure that all health, safety, security and cleaning regulations are adhered to.
• Make sure shelves are stocked and that items behind the counter are well are faced, and tags are current.
• Assist Pharmacist as required (i.e., filling prescriptions, answering phone)
• Assist customers by answering their questions.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, attitude, and high level of patient confidentiality at all times.Requirements
• Excellent time management, planning, organizing and prioritizing skills required.
• Highly effective teamwork and team building skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and staff.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to sales software quickly.
• Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential.
• Meticulous records maintenance skills required.
