Come Discover Nia! the Joyous Mindful Movement practice that integrates Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit. Done to fabulous music and “Your Body’s Way”, Nia invites you to “Play your Way to Wellness” in the welcoming company of Nia women. No dance experience needed. You may join a class at anytime during a session.Come do a drop In trial class. If you decide it’s for you, we’ll apply the drop in fee to the pro-rated session fee.
Three classes to choose from-
Mon 10:30 to 11:30 am – All Saints Church – lower hall
Tues 5:45 to 7:00 pm – All Saints Church upper hall
Thurs 10:45 to 11:45 am – Antler Ridge Dance Studio 211 Horel Road.
Daytime Nia-Flow classes: 1 hr class – 8 week session = $88 ($11/class), drop in $14
