Office Administrative Assistant for Our Lady of Grace Catholic Parish

We are seeking to fill our part time, permanent position of Office Administrative Assistant. The person in this position assists and reports to the pastor in administering the daily affairs of the parish, and must have some computer, word processing, filing and other skills normally required for a small, fully functioning, though low intensive office. This person also provides liaison between parishioners, pastor, the diocese, and the larger local community. Proposed hours of employment are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9 am to noon. A more detailed, written job description of the position can be obtained from Joyce Maykut, Parish Council Chair. This is a paid position, starting at $20.00 per hour, which we would like to fill as soon as possible.
