I've been incredibly fortunate to build my practice largely through word of mouth, through your trust, your referrals, and your willingness to share your experiences with friends and family. That means the world to me.

But it's time. I'm thrilled to finally have a place that captures everything I do under one roof. What I love most about naturopathic medicine is that it doesn't treat you in pieces; it sees the whole person—body, mind, and heart. I draw from both conventional and alternative approaches, which means I can tailor a plan that truly fits you rather than forcing you into a one size fits all model. And right now, too many Salt Springers are without a family doctor, going without the care they need and deserve.
