If you already know us then you know we are in need of a New Long Term Home to move into for November or December 1st and we really do appreciate all of you keeping your eyes and ears open for us. We are Temporarily Situated for the time being Thanks to the Grace of a Good Friend.
If you don’t know us yet, we are hoping you can help us too.
We are hardworking “30 yr” Long-Term Island Residents who are each well established in our employment and this community.
Joe builds houses and I clean houses.
Our children have all grown up here.
We just need to stay on the island !!
Salt Spring Island Always Has Been and Needs to Continue to Be Our Home !!
We are a mature respectful and young at heart couple.
Every home comes with general maintenance which we do not expect our Landlord to be responsible for.
We really enjoy looking after and appreciating the home and property where we live.
We are searching and hoping for a Private Long-Term – Stand Alone – Energy Efficient House – at least 1 bedroom but ideally additional bedrooms with Mutually Reasonable and Affordable Rent.
Of course, we are open to alternative options and we want the fit to be right for us and for you. We would like to have a Long Lasting Happy Relationship with our Future Landlords.
We do have a small mature well natured and super friendly family dog “Daisy” and Joe’s two teens ( 20 & 17 ) still like to visit and have dinner with us once a week.
We have tons of great references.
Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you have what we are looking for.
Maybe you know of someone else who may have the right home for us. Please help us to get the word around and keep us here … Long Term on Salt Spring Island where we belong !!
Please note that we are temporarily without cell phone reception and internet service at our current accommodations. We will be checking all voicemail and email messages when we are in range during business hours only. Thank You for your patience
Looking forward to hearing from you in the near future
Claire and Joe
