Meditation is a practice that anybody can do. The intention to be in presence and to keep returning to the state of presence is the heart of meditation.
Lena is a student of Eihei Peter Levitt and is a longtime member of the Salt Spring Zen Circle. She weaves elemental themes into her yoga classes and meditations and sprinkles Spanish into everything. From roots to blossoms, Lena brings traditional yoga teachings to life and embodies her mission of helping others to awaken. She lives a homestead/permaculture inspired life on Salt Spring Island with her husband Joel.
Lena is certified in the instruction of Modo Level 1 & 2 (700 hours), Yin (80 hours), Vinyasa (200 hours) and has taught and attended a multitude of retreats, intensives and specialty workshops.
