All workshops are outside! Participants have plenty of space to work in a covered, outdoor, heated space, remaining physically distant from others.
Introduction to Succulent Planters
What to Expect: 2 hours Choose from hundreds of varieties of succulents to make a beautiful planter that can be enjoyed for months or years to come. A large variety of gorgeous planters will be available to choose from. You will learn how to care for tender or hardy succulents depending on which you choose. We will briefly touch on a number of important topics including; soil, watering, feeding, maintenance and grooming, pests and diseases, shade vs. sun loving and weather protection.
Included: Planters, soil mix, plants and top dressing. Cost: $75

Succulent Kids Create Outdoor Planters
What to Expect: 2.5 hours (ages 7-12 yrs) So many driftwood and log planters to choose from. Participants will have opportunity to customize planters and choose from thousands of hardy succulents to create their own long lasting outdoor planters. We will discuss plant life cycles and care. Games will also be played!
Included: Kids will take several planters home. Cost: $65
Wednesday March 17th, 1 pm –3:30pm, OR Wednesday March 24th 1 pm –3:30pm. (Spring Break)
Natural Succulent Planters
What to Expect: 3 hours. For anyone who wants to make beautiful succulent planters in driftwood and log pieces. Participants will choose from hundreds of driftwood pieces or log planters to create gorgeous, low maintenance outdoor planters! Participants will learn succulent basics for care requirements.
Included: Driftwood or log planters, growing medium, plants, moisture meter and care card. Participants will take several succulent planters home. (Additional planters may be made by arrangement). Cost: $125

Create your own Succulent Frame
What to Expect: 2-3 hours.
Create your own living succulent frame! There will be a number of sizes and shapes to choose from. Hundreds of hardy succulents to choose from! Create your own living succulent frame to hang on the wall. Participants will learn how to care for planters.
Included: Succulent Cedar frame, planting medium, plants. Cost: $125, $165 or $195 depending on frame size.
Saturday March 21, 10am – 1pm
Succulents for the West Coast, Drought Tolerant Gardener
What to Expect: 2.5 hours
There are thousands of gorgeous succulents that will grow and thrive in your west coast garden! Even better - most prefer rocky, lean soil, infrequent watering and neglect. In return they will multiply, and return year after year, providing flowers from March – Nov that bees love! Choose succulents that will thrive outdoors all year in your garden and learn about their care.
What is Included: Participants may choose from a half flat or a full flat of succulents to take home to plant in their own garden.
Cost: $85 half flat or $125 full flat
