    Item Description:

    Lucid Dreaming Workshop

Lucid dreaming means being in communication with your dreams. Communication with dreams reveals who you are capable of becoming.
In this workshop you will learn that your relationship with sleep is something on which your life depends:

•Dreams as invitations to explore both conscious and subconscious issues, the literal and symbolic.
•Greater clarity, depth, and intention to embrace more of what is important.
•A deeper grounding that comes from hearing more parts of yourself.
•An opportunity to explore the potential between dream and creative expression

Becoming lucid means becoming more aware, and aware of more.

The course meets for 7, 90-minute sessions on consecutive Wednesdays from 9/19 through 10/31 at Cedar Lane Studio, 210 Cedar Lane in Ganges, on Salt Spring Island. Classes from 3:00pm – 4:30pm. All materials and audio files are included in the $180 registration fee. For more information and to register go to the dream course webpage at http://www.mindstrengthbalance.com/dream-course/
