    Item Description:

Hello we have found a lovely 3 bed rental and have 1 room to rent out from October- July 31st 2019. The landlords have kindly agreed to let us rent out the 3rd room to the right person. Ideally this would be for the whole duration but will also consider people wanting to stay shorter term. Its is either 1. the master Bedroom ($850) which is large, has its own deck, as well as screened toilet and sink, situated on the 1st floor or 2. the double room upstairs ($695)

We have a shared bathroom with fantastic shower and bath, kitchen and spacious and cozy living room with wood burner. This let is suited for someone who has regular work, is mature, house-trained(!) as well as easy-going, respectful of privacy as well as warm. No-smoking or pets. This room is suitable for 1 person, rather than a couple or parent w. child.

As you can see from the pics its a really lovely period property with a garden and decks overlooking the town and ocean. It is done up to a high spec. with lovely decor and details. Its is right in town so super handy. The house comes with wifi and wood, with an excellent burner. Chopping wood and making fires will be a part of sharing this home. Hydro is additional but could be quite economical if the wood stove is predominantly used.

We are myself, Sarah, in my early 40s, mother of 15 year old son who is at the secondary school. I am an arts educator (amongst a few other things) and have a friendly manner as well as liking quiet time too. My son is on the GISPA programme taking theatre. We would like to share our new home with a person who is the right fit, to have more of a ‘community’ and to enjoy our warm, nurturing household.

    References please.

Email contact is preferred initially if possible. Thanks
