LONG TERM RENTAL DESIRED IN SEPTEMBER OR EARLY 2027

I'm Alix. I'm a retired 56 year old Chef and Gardener who is moving to island.

I'm looking for a year-round free standing 1+ bedroom rental for myself. Ideally, not a studio (open plan is fine) but a space with a designated bedroom, living room and kitchen. Sunlight and good condition (no mold / wetness / mildew smell) is absolutely imperative.

I would love a bathroom with a tub. (I love to soak after a long day!) I am looking for a space that has an area to plant a small 1 person garden with veggies, herbs and flowers.

I'm a non-smoker and responsible tenant. I've been a home owner over the past 20 years and I pride myself in my role as both an ownerand a landlord and a tenant. I will leave your property in better / improved condition than when I first rent it.

My ideal budget range is $1750 - $2500. I may be able to go higher to $2750+ for an absolute gem of a place, so please do message me either way.
