Licensed Practical Nurse for permanent and casual positions

In this leadership role, you'll support residents' health and wellness while mentoring the care team and ensuring clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
• Provide leadership in clinical care planning, assessments, and decision-making
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and interventions for residents
• Mentor and guide care aides to deliver consistent, high-quality care
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, resident-centred care plans
• Ensure accurate documentation using clinical systems and electronic medical records
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and update care plans
• Uphold health and safety protocols, promoting a safe and supportive environment

Requirements
• Current registration in good standing with the BC College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Experience in long-term care preferred

Available Line
LPN 1: 12-hr day shift – 0800-2000

Casual hours are also available
