Nancy Trueman is a certified sound practitioner and experienced yoga teacher (500 RYT), specializing in hatha, aerial, and restorative practices. Her work blends movement, breath, and the transformative power of sound to guide people into deep rest and inner connection. Nancy offers immersive sound journeys that invite stillness, spaciousness, and healing. Based in Whistler, Nancy has been coming to Salt Spring Island every summer for decades and offers sound as a practice of presence and return.
