Interactive Fitness Seminar for "Senior Athletes"
Ok so you don't technically have to be a Senior to attend. Lets say 50 and up. I will be running a few interactive seminars dealing primarily with simplifying how to train to help deal with joint pain & dysfunction, how to stay active in your sport & how to train for longevity. The interactive portion will be voluntary & non vigorous. I intend to educate you not work you out. I will be running it in 2 or 3 small 6 person groups. That will ensure lots of one on one attention and room for specific questions. As a bonus a local colleague may attend as well, which would be awesome! Regardless the price will remain the same. The seminar will be 2 hrs in duration. The time, date & location will be sent via email after enough participants have signed up. I look forward to seeing some new faces!
