For Teachers of Yoga, and students with hypermobile joints
Do your knees lock? Do you struggle with your elbows in downward dog? Lack stability?
Do your friends think wow?
Repeatedly exploiting the areas of greatest movement has a cost. In this workshop, we will explore new areas of movement and practice "tapas" restraint in the "easy" areas.

Both yoga teachers and students will gain insights and learn new ways of working in asana.
