Gentle Yoga for pelvic Floor Health Online ix weeks, beginning on April 12th 6 hours @ CA$100.80 This class is designed for women who would like to learn exercises to strengthen an overactive or underactive pelvic floor. This may occur following pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, weight gain, or physical trauma. During the six weeks, we will discuss anatomy, identify over-active vs underactive pelvic floor presentation, and practice a series of poses to help. Evidence has found the regular exercise of the lower pelvic floor will benefit pelvic floor fitness.
