My family and I (3 daughters aged 15, 12, 9) moved to Salt Spring Island from The Netherlands in September 2019 (we all have Canadian citizenship) and were lucky enough to find a beautiful home to settle but alas, the owners are planning on selling. We have our current home until end of August 2021 so we are flexible within that period for moving at any time.
Ideally we are looking for a beautiful well maintained home and property, sunny, and with space to garden. We enjoy a quiet lifestyle so a bit of space would suit us well.
We have separate money in trust for rent, so rent in these turbulent times will be secure.
Our goal is to find landlords who are seeking reliable, trustworthy tenants who will love and care for their home and a home for our family that will allow us to settle and feel secure.
