Function: Balance, Postural stability, and Core strength

Movement Patterns
Plus Function

🔹Level 3

Integration of Load, and Agility into Movement and Function

Equipment required:
Indoor runners and water bottle

Group Fitness optional equipment:
2 weights, a small Pilates ball, and bands
