Gulf Islands Families Together Society (GIFTS), on Salt Spring Island, is seeking a passionate Executive Director to oversee support of adult individuals with diverse abilities. The Executive Director reports directly to the GIFTS Board of Directors, providing the Board with direction and support for policy development and acting as a liaison with the local community, school district and provincial bodies. The Executive Director is also responsible for overseeing accounting and payroll services and for financial reporting in conformance with the policy and procedures of the society.
