The Database Clerk enters data into, and produces reports from, standardized databases using spreadsheet or database software programs. Job duties also include designing and creating spreadsheets, filing source documents and maintaining filing systems, and general clerk support to financial and payroll functions. The Database Clerk will provide database and other information management support to specific programs and the general administration and financial area.
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
1. Completion of Grade 12 and one (1) year post secondary training in database, computers, bookkeeping, or office procedures.
2. Two (2) years of recent related experience including database and information management.
