The Capital Regional District’s (CRD) Building Regulations Bylaw has been updated to better support residents, builders, and local communities. The updated bylaw applies to the CRD’s three Electoral Areas: Salt Spring Island, the Southern Gulf Islands, and Juan de Fuca with the intention to make the permitting and inspection process more flexible and straightforward.
