I support adults of all identities and backgrounds with a range of issues, with a special interest in helping people get clear on their values so they can move forward with committed action.
My name is Jen (she/her), and I am a registered counsellor (MPCC-Provisional) with CPCA. My practice is trauma-informed and client-centred, and I adhere to high ethical standards. In our sessions, I draw from therapeutic approaches like ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Narrative Therapy, and somatic-informed tools to give you practical ways of getting unstuck. Before opening my private practice last year, I provided counselling for the Vancouver Women’s Health Collective.
When I am not with clients, you can find me lifting weights at the gym, tearing up a dance floor, or getting creative with a camera. I’ve always been drawn to symbolism and enjoy finding meaning in the stories and patterns that shape our experiences.
