    Item Description:

    Registration for the next series of Core Confidence is now open!

    The Class:
    Core Confidence is an 8 week program designed to help pregnant mamas prepare their core for birth and then help heal and retrain the core post-partum.
    This class is also for any women who are dealing with core issues that have been normalized but are not talked about such as leakage, prolapse and diastases as well as chronic back and pelvic pain.
    There will be 5-10 minutes of homework needed to be done per day. I have kept the class size small, to just ten people per class, to make sure I am able to connect with each of you during our time together. Prior to the program start date, you will have a 1on1 assessment with me so I can evaluate your bodies needs so we can set you up for success in and after this program.

    * Classes run for 8 weeks starting Wednesday April 10-May 29 start time is 10:10am
    * Classes are 60 minutes long and take place at North End Fitness
    * Child care is available for $3
    * Babes in arms welcome

    * Total class investment is $135 for 8 weeks
    * Includes a personal 1 on 1 assessment valued at $40
    * My main goal with the cost of this class is to keep it affordable so that it is as accessible as possible for everyone who really needs it!

    To register please email beinspired@shaw.ca with your name, and deposit of $35. The final amount of $100 is due by your personal assessment date. From there, I will be in touch to schedule your assessment. Please bare in mind that the last class filled up in under two hours!
