If you've always wanted to try circus, now is your time! We are looking for adults of all ages who are interested in exploring what their body can do while playing on circus equipment! This is for all body types, as we can modify the activities to suit your needs and limitations (whether mind or body). We will challenge you to your own edge, and support you in the process in a fun, unique experience. If you already have "upper body strength" or are shy to try because you "don't have it" at the moment, we want to share this class with you. All you need is the right attitude, a body, and the willingness to give it a try. Although your own experience of "tricks" will be somewhat determined on your present fitness level to some degree, your progress and learning ultimately depends on you showing up! We've been asked to hold this class for years now, and we are hoping we can fill these classes up with a fun group of curious, adventuresome adults! Trapeze, hammock, silks, Lyra, cube and more! Come out and meet some new people, or join with a friend group, we want to help make your fall and winter full of continued health and wellness!
