    Item Description:

    Hello again!

As we promised you last month, we have fresh chicken for today only (tonight they go in the freezer!)

As always, these birds birds lived a short, very pampered life, then after passing a rigorous inspection, they were processed humanely and immediately packaged in a certified government facility.

They are as tender and full of flavour as any you’ve ever tasted – that’s a promise.

We took the advice we received last time, and had these chickens processed earlier than we ever have. As a result, they run between 3lbs 3oz and 5lbs 12oz.

We quick-freeze any birds that don’t sell within 24 hours. Our freezers go down to minus 42F degrees, which makes much smaller ice crystals. That significantly reduces the mess that occurs when thawing , plus it eliminates any freezer taste. Even better, there’s no chance of freezer burn if you keep them for a long time.

This has to be on a “First Come, First Served” basis, so please order early to avoid disappointment.

    Thank you very much!
    Dave & Lori
