Access poses you didn’t think you could do by using a chair. This workshop is for experienced students and promises to be fun and adventurous.

Has been a student of Iyengar yoga since the early 1980s and has studied at RIMYI, the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India almost annually since 2002, under the guidance of Guruji, Geetaji and Prashantji Iyengar. She has also studied in India with HS Arun, author of “Experiment & Experience on the Chair: The Yoga Way” and she is a senior yoga therapist with Kripa Foundation.
