Job Description: Café Clerk–Full Time Overnight Production (Wednesday to Saturday Day 9pm-530am)

Summary
The Cafe Clerk is responsible for preparing sandwiches, salads and other foods.

Requirements
• Understand and follow all pertinent guidelines, procedures and requirements.
• Motivated and creative team player.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work individually
• High level of integrity and work ethic.

Work Conditions
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to break down and reassemble all equipment in the department for sanitation purposes.
• Will be required to be on one’s feet for extended periods of time.
• Work and operate department machinery safely.
